Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 31, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sprig Fencing website. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These Terms apply to use of the website only. They do not replace any written estimate, proposal, construction contract, change order, warranty, disclosure, or other project agreement between you and Sprig Fencing.

1. About Sprig Fencing

Sprig Fencing provides residential cedar-fencing installation, replacement, repair, gate, removal, and related services in portions of Pierce and King Counties, Washington. Service availability depends on project location, scope, scheduling, site conditions, and other factors.

2. Website Information

The information, photographs, descriptions, examples, and other content on this website are provided for general informational and promotional purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current, or free from error.

Photographs and project examples are illustrative. Materials, wood color, grain, aging, dimensions, installation methods, landscaping, site conditions, and finished results vary from project to project. Nothing on the website guarantees that a particular project will produce an identical result.

We may change, suspend, or remove website content, features, or service descriptions at any time without notice.

3. Estimate and Contact Requests

Submitting a contact form, requesting an estimate, calling, texting, or otherwise contacting Sprig Fencing:

  • Does not create a contractor-client relationship

  • Does not create a binding construction contract

  • Does not guarantee acceptance, pricing, scheduling, or availability

  • Does not obligate you to hire Sprig Fencing

  • Does not obligate Sprig Fencing to perform work

Any preliminary price range, timing discussion, or other information provided before a written estimate or project agreement is for planning purposes only and may change after we inspect the property, confirm measurements, review site access and conditions, identify material requirements, and clarify the requested scope.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting an estimate. If you provide a telephone number, you authorize Sprig Fencing to respond to your inquiry by telephone call or text message. Standard carrier rates may apply. We will not use this permission for unrelated automated marketing messages without any consent required by law.

4. Project Agreements Control

Fencing services are governed by a separate written estimate, proposal, contract, work authorization, or similar agreement accepted by Sprig Fencing and the customer (the “Project Agreement”). The Project Agreement may address matters including:

  • Scope of work and exclusions

  • Materials, dimensions, and design

  • Price, deposits, and payment schedule

  • Estimated start and completion dates

  • Property access and site preparation

  • Utilities, surveys, property lines, easements, and permits

  • Existing-fence removal and material disposal

  • Changes, additions, and unforeseen conditions

  • Customer responsibilities

  • Warranties and warranty exclusions

  • Cancellation, delay, suspension, and termination rights

  • Legally required contractor notices or disclosures

If these website Terms conflict with a signed Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls with respect to that project.

No website content, email, text message, or verbal conversation changes a signed Project Agreement unless the change is documented and approved in the manner required by that agreement.

5. Scheduling, Weather, and Site Conditions

Any timing information displayed on the website or discussed before a Project Agreement is an estimate only. Fencing work may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, utility marking, property access, soil conditions, concealed obstacles, customer-requested changes, emergencies, or circumstances outside Sprig Fencing’s reasonable control.

Project-specific scheduling terms and the handling of delays will be governed by the applicable Project Agreement.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or connected accounts

  • Interfere with the website’s operation, security, or availability

  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, automated scraping tools, or disruptive technology

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful information

  • Use website content in a way that infringes the rights of Sprig Fencing or another person

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority

We may restrict or block access to the website when we reasonably believe it is being misused.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including the Sprig Fencing name and logo, text, graphics, layout, photographs owned by Sprig Fencing, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Sprig Fencing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from Sprig Fencing or the applicable rights holder.

8. Information and Materials You Submit

You retain ownership of photographs, plans, descriptions, and other materials you submit. You authorize Sprig Fencing to use, copy, store, and share those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry, prepare an estimate, communicate with you, perform an agreed project, maintain business records, and protect legal rights.

You represent that you have the right to provide submitted materials and that our permitted use of them will not violate another person’s rights.

We will not use customer-provided photographs publicly for advertising or portfolio purposes without permission, except where otherwise permitted by a separate agreement or applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The website is hosted by Squarespace and may contain links to or features provided by third parties, including social-media, mapping, analytics, communications, or other service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party website or service is governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the website are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

11. Website Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” SPRIG FENCING DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES REGARDING THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT WEBSITE CONTENT WILL MEET EVERY USER’S NEEDS.

This website disclaimer applies to use of the website. It does not eliminate or modify any express warranty included in a signed Project Agreement and does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived.

12. Limitation of Liability for Website Use

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPRIG FENCING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR YOUR RELIANCE ON GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law. Liability relating to actual fencing work, property damage, payment, warranties, or a customer project is governed by the applicable Project Agreement and applicable law—not by this website limitation alone.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to use of this website will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by Sprig Fencing to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to the website, our practices, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
